Enterprise and public-sector systems
Work on products for the digital transformation center of oil company Gazprom Neft and portals for the city administration of St. Petersburg. Also included: a corporate website for property developer LSR Group, with a catalog of more than 10,000 apartments, integrations with several CRM systems and a launch in just over two months.
10,000+ apartments and several CRM integrations in just over two months
After a previous contractor could not complete the project, the developer needed a replacement website with complex integrations. I coordinated the agency and three contractor companies. The site launched about a week and a half before New Year and served for more than seven years.
Shared field-planning platform launched
Teams needed one place for plans, approvals, documents, and decision history. I led delivery through a mid-project vendor replacement and brought the platform into production.
Three municipal systems delivered within the contract deadline
An agency risked missing the deadline for a municipal website and two website builders. In under six months, I documented the systems, specified changes, worked with developers on delivery, and led every acceptance stage.

From trading engine to customer platform
I built the customer portal, exchange account connections, free trials, and payments around the team's trading engine, and added redundancy. Users could choose from four exchanges.
WordPress updated, 100+ changes completed without a rebuild
A nearly decade-old site ran on a virtual machine with an outdated software stack. I completed the requested changes, updated WordPress, PHP and the database engine, added tests, and documented the build and deployment workflow. I deployed the site to test and production environments.
Many projects are internal, covered by nondisclosure agreements or no longer available. Links, screenshots and exact figures are therefore not always available, and some clients cannot be named.
