I build and upgrade websites with complex functionality
I develop websites that need more than design and pages: CRM-fed catalogs, calculators, customer accounts and integrations. I also take over large sites built by other contractors, reviewing the code, updating outdated technology, fixing performance bottlenecks and introducing a safer release process.

What I can build and fix
Connect your catalog to CRM data
I connect websites to one or more CRM systems so apartments, products or services display correctly and website data flows back to the right systems. I reconcile different data formats into a consistent catalog. This was the challenge for property developer LSR's website, with multiple CRMs and more than 10,000 apartments, launched in just over two months.
Modernize an aging website
I work with sites of varying sizes and complexity, including outdated platforms and language versions, missing documentation and changes made directly on the live server. I review how the site works and can be restored, set up staging, add tests, update libraries and automate releases. Examples include more than 100 WordPress site improvements and preparing a legacy CRM for maintenance using containers.
Make your site load faster
I identify what hurts loading speed and Google PageSpeed scores, whether oversized images, heavy scripts or slow server responses. I address those causes without rebuilding the site.
Clear the backlog of changes
I turn accumulated design, layout, SEO, content and bug-fix requests into an agreed package of work. I clarify ambiguous requirements, implement the changes and check them on staging before release.
Launch a product or service site
I build clearly structured sites with inquiry forms, analytics and CRM integration. We choose the design and technical approach to suit the project; I can also work from your existing mockups.
Plan for a fixed launch date
I have worked on large sites with firm launch deadlines. After assessing the work, I define the essential launch scope and organize parallel delivery. When replacing a site, I plan the migration separately, taking search rankings into account.
Website project examples
10,000+ apartments and several CRM integrations in just over two months
After a previous contractor could not complete the project, the developer needed a replacement website with complex integrations. I coordinated the agency and three contractor companies. The site launched about a week and a half before New Year and served for more than seven years.
WordPress updated, 100+ changes completed without a rebuild
A nearly decade-old site ran on a virtual machine with an outdated software stack. I completed the requested changes, updated WordPress, PHP and the database engine, added tests, and documented the build and deployment workflow. I deployed the site to test and production environments.
Three municipal systems delivered within the contract deadline
An agency risked missing the deadline for a municipal website and two website builders. In under six months, I documented the systems, specified changes, worked with developers on delivery, and led every acceptance stage.
From site review to a tested release
-
1
Assess the site
I review the code, server, loading speed, SEO and requested changes. We compare which parts are worth improving and which would be more cost-effective to rebuild.
-
2
Set up a test environment
I create a separate staging copy of the site where changes can be made and approved without affecting the live site.
-
3
Implement the changes
I complete the agreed tasks and clarify open requirements. If I find significant issues outside the scope, I flag them and propose a solution.
-
4
Release and hand over
I deploy the changes, check form submissions and analytics, review search rankings and hand over access details.
Ways to work together and pricing
I quote after reviewing the site's condition and agreeing on the scope. Complex projects receive separate quotes for each phase.
-
Website improvement package
I fix bugs, add features and integrations, and improve performance within an agreed list of changes.

Is this the right fit for your project?
Where I can help
- Your sales depend on a website that relies on data, integrations or complex functionality.
- You need changes to a complex site that other contractors are unwilling to take on.
- You need to meet a launch date and protect search rankings during a site migration.
When another approach fits better
- You only need a simple brochure site. A website builder will cost less than custom development.
- Your main need is SEO promotion, content creation or advertising management.
- You need a visual identity, brand guidelines or highly specialized design work.
What to know before we start
Do you have experience with Bitrix and WordPress?
Yes. I delivered many Bitrix projects while working at web studios and running my own. I have also worked with WordPress. One recent project involved modernizing a large company's corporate WordPress site with several hundred pages.
Can we keep the existing site instead of rebuilding it?
In most cases, yes. Even when starting over looks simpler, improving the existing site is often the more practical choice. After reviewing it, we compare both options and choose the better fit.
How do you account for search rankings during an upgrade?
I plan for this from the start, checking page URLs, redirects, metadata and loading speed. For the property developer's website mentioned above, we worked with SEO specialists on the migration plan to help preserve search rankings.
What would you like to solve?
Share a detailed brief, requirements or any materials you already have. If you have none yet, a few sentences about the current situation and your goal are enough. I review every message myself and respond within one business day.
- You will work directly with me, not a sales representative.
- A free initial written discussion will help establish whether I can help and where to start.
- If the project is outside my expertise, I will tell you directly.
