Web services and internal tools built around your workflows
When off-the-shelf software does not fit and hiring a team for one tool would take too much time and money, I can handle development. I design, build and launch systems for staff or customers, including user roles, integrations and admin tools. If the project needs a team, I bring in specialists I have worked with, remaining your point of contact and responsible for delivery. At an oil and gas company, I led a product whose team peaked at 34 people, including a contractor's team.

From internal tools to enterprise products
Tools for everyday team workflows
I replace scattered spreadsheets, notes and manual work with practical staff tools. For example, I built a page builder and migrated more than 60 landing pages. Media buyers can create and edit technically complex pages through a simple web interface without changing code.
Customer and partner portals
I bring registration, plan selection, payments and external services together in a portal, with an admin interface to manage them. One example is a copy-trading platform portal integrated with four exchanges.
MVPs to test product ideas
I build a first version you can put in front of real users before investing in a larger platform. You can also show it to investors to support a funding proposal. I design it with further development in mind if the product finds demand.
Paid services in Telegram
I build bots that accept payments, with admin tools for managing users and transactions. A psychological self-help bot based on the client's method has served customers for more than two years. Another bot lets users take online courses they have already purchased directly in Telegram.
Improve legacy systems without replacing them
When a system lacks documentation, uses outdated technology or depends on one person's knowledge, I first investigate how it works. I make it maintainable without a complete rewrite, documenting operation and recovery and preparing it for further changes. I also migrate outdated tools to a modern stack for continued development.
Products involving multiple teams
I coordinate product work across analysts, developers and contractors. At Gazprom Neft, an oil and gas company, I led products from idea to production. One project's team peaked at 34 people.
A system ready to use and develop further
- A working system deployed in the cloud or on your server.
- User accounts with role-based access to authorized data.
- Integrations with the CRM, payment, email, messaging and accounting systems you need.
- An admin interface for managing the system without asking a developer.
- Logging, monitoring and backups, with recovery instructions.
- Source code and system documentation delivered to your repository.
Systems I have built and developed
60+ landing pages in one builder, no code edits needed
Off-the-shelf builders could not support the pages' custom logic and analytics scripts. Media buyers had to edit code, spending time and risking costly mistakes. I built an internal tool for creating and configuring pages and migrated all existing live pages.
From desktop planning tool to enterprise web platform
A reservoir-planning tool was shared as a file, with no access controls. I led its transition through a prototype and MVP to a production web platform and departmental rollout, meeting corporate security, data handling and approved-software requirements.
A Telegram self-help bot with a free trial and paid access
For over two years, the bot has guided conversations using the client’s method, offering paid access after a free trial. I built the dialogue controls, payments and admin dashboard. For a separate client, I built a Telegram bot for taking purchased courses.
See what is ready every week
-
1
Understand the task
I clarify users' needs and review available data and existing services. Together, we define what must be ready for launch.
-
2
Test the interface with a prototype
Before the main development work, I demonstrate the proposed workflows in an interface prototype and review them with the people who will use the system.
-
3
Build the system
I develop the backend and interface, set up data handling and build integrations. Weekly progress updates show completed work so you can review results and adjust priorities.
-
4
Launch and hand over
I deploy the system, migrate data, train users and prepare documentation. We can then continue development together, or I can hand ongoing work over to your team.
Ways to start and what they cost
After reviewing the task, we agree on scope and cost before development begins.
-
Initial discovery
I review workflows, data, required integrations and constraints. You receive a preliminary work plan with time and budget estimates. Where useful, I include a high-level outline or illustrative prototype, not detailed specifications or a finished prototype.
Budget: From $2,500
Timeline: 5-10 business days
-
First working version
I build an internal tool, customer portal, bot or product MVP. The agreed scope includes a core workflow implemented from start to finish.
Budget: From $10,000
Timeline: 3-6 weeks
-
Phased development for complex products
For products with many modules and integrations that require coordination across teams. After discovery, we divide the project into stages and agree separately on each stage's deliverables, schedule and budget.
Budget: Quoted separately by stage
Timeline: From 2 months
-
Ongoing support and improvements
I improve features and integrations, fix issues and monitor the system. Scope, availability and incident response are agreed in the contract. Major additions are quoted separately.
Budget: From $3,000 per month
Timeline: Monthly
What affects cost: features, user roles and workflows, integrations, data quality, load, security and custom visual design requirements. I credit the discovery fee toward the first working version if development starts within one month of completing discovery.
Is a custom system the right investment?
Worth considering when
- Off-the-shelf tools cover only part of the workflow, leaving staff to do the rest manually.
- Your competitive advantage depends on a process that standard software cannot support.
- Your data requirements prevent you from sending data to a third-party service.
- A custom tool would cost less than the combined subscriptions for several services.
Consider another approach when
- An existing product meets your needs with only minor trade-offs.
- The main requirement is a native mobile app.
- Your budget is below $10,000 for a system with multiple user roles and integrations.
What to know before we start
Which technologies do you use?
I usually build the backend in Python with FastAPI and store data in PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB. For the interface, I use plain JavaScript or a suitable framework. I choose technologies based on the task and the team that will maintain the system.
Where can the system be hosted?
The system can run on your server, with a cloud provider or inside your corporate network, depending on your deployment and data location requirements. I have developed internal systems for corporate networks; this setup can also connect geographically separate sites through a VPN.
Can you build for mobile users?
A responsive web service or Telegram bot often meets the need. I do not develop native mobile apps myself. For a project that needs one, I can handle the backend and integrations, while a separate developer builds the app.
How do you handle interfaces and design?
I design working interfaces myself, including complex workflows. When a project needs more specialized visual design, I can bring in a designer and coordinate their work. I have done this on previous projects.
What would you like to solve?
Share a detailed brief, requirements or any materials you already have. If you have none yet, a few sentences about the current situation and your goal are enough. I review every message myself and respond within one business day.
- You will work directly with me, not a sales representative.
- A free initial written discussion will help establish whether I can help and where to start.
- If the project is outside my expertise, I will tell you directly.
