Automate repetitive business tasks with code and AI
I identify where staff spend hours transferring data, reconciling records and reading emails, then build a system to handle that work. Language models interpret text; code follows defined rules for calculations, validation and actions in your business systems.

Tasks a system can take off your team's hands
Manual processes often persist long after the workload has outgrown them. The value of automation may be clear, but understanding the data, connecting systems and making the solution part of daily work takes focused technical effort.
Reports take half a day to prepare
Each week, someone gathers figures from advertising accounts, the CRM, accounting software and spreadsheets, then investigates discrepancies. I automate collection and reconciliation so the report can be ready at the start of the workday.
Staff copy data from emails and documents
Invoices, completion records, requests and contracts arrive by email and messaging apps. The system extracts and transfers their data into accounting software, a CRM or spreadsheets, routing uncertain cases to a person for review.
Staff move data between disconnected systems
When your website, CRM, warehouse software, payment system and messaging apps are disconnected, people transfer requests and update statuses manually. I build API integrations with checks for missing and duplicate records.
Research needs constant attention
Finding customers and partners, monitoring competitors and checking potential business partners means gathering and comparing large amounts of information. A system uses algorithms and AI to assess it against your criteria and prepare a shortlist for staff. See my advertiser research system for a sales team.
Answers are scattered across documents and chats
Policies, prepared responses and correspondence sit in different documents and chats. I build a language-model assistant that helps employees or customers find answers in those materials, cites its sources and indicates when the information is missing.
Staff apply the same rules over and over
Stopping an operation, rejecting a request, reassigning work or raising its priority can involve the same decisions dozens of times a day. I put those rules into code. One example is my system for optimizing hundreds of ad campaigns.
A working system your team can maintain
I hand over the automation along with the code, documentation and knowledge needed to operate it without depending on me.
- A system deployed on your servers or in the cloud, with access for the employees who need it.
- A separate review queue for exceptions, so a person handles ambiguous cases rather than leaving the model to guess.
- Action logs and notifications to trace system activity and detect failures.
- Code in your repository, system documentation and instructions for recovery after a failure.
- Team training and two weeks of joint debugging and fixes after handover. I fix defects in the agreed functionality at no extra charge during a period of up to 30 days.
- Recommendations for which processes to automate next, with estimates for the work.
My work: automation, CRM and data migration
Turning market data into advertiser leads
The agency often discovered promising advertisers after competitors had signed contracts with them. I built a system that collects industry analytics, researches partnership terms, and regularly delivers new leads with contacts and context for outreach.
Automated ROI optimization across hundreds of campaigns and 10 ad networks
Manual checks could not keep up with declining placement quality. I built a system that combines network, tracker and agency analytics data to disable underperforming segments according to media buyers' rules.
A Telegram self-help bot with a free trial and paid access
For over two years, the bot has guided conversations using the client’s method, offering paid access after a free trial. I built the dialogue controls, payments and admin dashboard. For a separate client, I built a Telegram bot for taking purchased courses.
Understand the process, test the approach, then launch
We start with one process and a result we can verify. Once the automation is helping staff in daily work, we move on to the next tasks.
-
1
Understand the process
I review the work with your staff, examine real data and look at unusual cases. Together, we assess the current cost of manual operations and outline an automation plan.
-
2
Test the technical risks
I use real examples to test the parts the solution depends on. For document processing, this might mean checking how accurately a language model extracts the required fields.
-
3
Build and run a pilot
I build the first version, connect the required systems and introduce it to part of the workload. Staff test it in daily work, and I make corrections based on their feedback.
-
4
Launch fully and train the team
We extend the system to the full agreed workload. I hand over the source code and documentation and explain how to use it. You can continue development with me or independently.
Budget and ways to work together
After reviewing the task, we agree on the cost before development begins. The work is covered by a contract, with payments by stage.
-
Discovery and preliminary plan
I review the process, available data, systems and constraints, then prepare a preliminary plan for the next step with time and budget estimates. Where useful, I include a high-level diagram or an illustrative prototype, not detailed specifications or a finished prototype.
Budget: from $2,500
Timeline: 5-10 business days
-
Automate the first process
I build a working version for one agreed process, from receiving data to recording the result in your system. Includes exception handling, action logs and handover to your team.
Budget: from $10,000
Timeline: 3-6 weeks
-
Complex projects in stages
If the task spans several processes or requires complex integrations, we divide it into stages after discovery. Each stage has a defined scope, verifiable result, timeline and budget based on the data, workload and requirements.
Budget: Quoted separately by stage
Timeline: 2 months or more
-
Support and new features
I maintain the system and add workflows and integrations. The contract defines the ongoing scope, availability and incident response arrangements. Major changes are quoted separately.
Budget: from $3,000 per month
Timeline: Monthly
What affects the budget: scope, number of integrations, data quality, exceptions, workload and security requirements. Data location and restrictions on model providers also matter, including whether data must stay inside your company. I credit the discovery fee toward the first working version if development starts within one month after discovery.
Is this process worth automating?
Worth exploring when
- Daily or weekly tasks consume hours of staff time.
- Errors cause financial losses through penalties, missed requests or inaccurate reports.
- Someone on your team understands the process and can explain its details.
- At least a few dozen documents, emails or data exports are available for testing.
Start with another approach when
- The entire task takes an hour once a quarter.
- The process is undocumented and its rules change every week.
- Configuring one accounting or CRM system would be enough. A specialist in that platform can do it faster.
- AI is expected to replace an entire department, but no specific tasks have been defined.
- AI implementation ChatGPT, a ready-made AI service or custom development: how to choose Use six criteria and a one-week trial to decide whether chat or a ready-made AI service can handle your workflow, and which gaps justify custom development.
- Process automation Choosing your first automation project and checking its payback Compare processes for your first automation project, account for rollout and support costs, and calculate payback with and without a cash benefit from staff time.
- Budget and solution selection AI implementation costs: development, operations and payback Understand what an AI implementation budget should include, how to estimate monthly operating costs and when a payback calculation makes financial sense.
What to know before we start
How do you choose a model and control where data stays?
The choice depends on the task and data-processing restrictions, including hosting location and permitted providers. Options include a cloud-hosted model or one deployed on your servers. If information cannot leave your company, I design for that requirement from the outset.
Can AI reliably extract data from documents?
Accuracy needs to be tested on your materials. It depends on scan quality, variations in document layouts and handwritten fields. If this is a key risk, I can test examples during discovery. The system sends fields with insufficient confidence to a person for review.
How do you limit the impact of model errors?
I build checks into the workflow: rules validate important operations, a staff member approves irreversible actions, and logs preserve the history. Calculations that code handles reliably stay in code, not in the language model. This helps detect errors and investigate their causes.
Can you deliver this without an in-house IT team?
Yes. I can handle development, deployment and support within the agreed scope. If you already have a technical team, I work with them and hand over the system for ongoing operation.
Can you connect accounting and CRM systems?
Yes. I connect accounting and CRM systems through APIs and supported data-exchange mechanisms to read data and write results, replacing manual transfers of requests, statuses and invoices. A platform specialist handles platform configuration and sales pipeline setup. I define the requirements for that work and connect it to the rest of the automation.
How do we assess whether automation is worth the cost?
During discovery, we compare staff time and the cost of errors with the cost of the system. If the numbers do not justify automation, I say so. Predicting a percentage increase in profit without baseline data would be unfounded.
What would you like to solve?
Share a detailed brief, requirements or any materials you already have. If you have none yet, a few sentences about the current situation and your goal are enough. I review every message myself and respond within one business day.
- You will work directly with me, not a sales representative.
- A free initial written discussion will help establish whether I can help and where to start.
- If the project is outside my expertise, I will tell you directly.
