Project challenges and outcomes
These case studies cover systems I designed or built, as well as projects whose delivery I led. Each explains the client's needs, the technical challenges, my own contribution and the outcome.

Workflow automation and practical AI
Finding potential customers with language models, establishing processes for software employees build with AI, launching paid products on Telegram and modernizing legacy systems.
Turning market data into advertiser leads
The agency often discovered promising advertisers after competitors had signed contracts with them. I built a system that collects industry analytics, researches partnership terms, and regularly delivers new leads with contacts and context for outreach.
Employee AI prototypes: reviewed, released and supported
Tools built with ChatGPT and Claude lacked security review and a support process. I established a release workflow with separate responsibilities for authors, a technical owner and DevOps.
A Telegram self-help bot with a free trial and paid access
For over two years, the bot has guided conversations using the client’s method, offering paid access after a free trial. I built the dialogue controls, payments and admin dashboard. For a separate client, I built a Telegram bot for taking purchased courses.
Undocumented CRM prepared for maintenance and updates
Financial operations and reporting depended on a custom CRM. I independently investigated and containerized it, then documented recovery procedures. I deployed the updated version with the company's DevOps staff.
Google Workspace email and files migrated without standard tools
Restrictions affecting the company's reseller made standard migration tools unavailable. I selected third-party software using a different API, mapped file structure and ownership, and tested the migration. Dozens of mailboxes and hundreds of thousands of emails and files were moved with minimal loss.
Enterprise and public-sector systems
Work on products for the digital transformation center of oil company Gazprom Neft and portals for the city administration of St. Petersburg. Also included: a corporate website for property developer LSR Group, with a catalog of more than 10,000 apartments, integrations with several CRM systems and a launch in just over two months.
Many projects are internal, covered by nondisclosure agreements or no longer available. Links, screenshots and exact figures are therefore not always available, and some clients cannot be named. We can discuss technical approaches and a similar solution for your needs in writing in English or on a call in Russian, without disclosing protected interfaces or data.
What would you like to solve?
Share a detailed brief, requirements or any materials you already have. If you have none yet, a few sentences about the current situation and your goal are enough. I review every message myself and respond within one business day.
- You will work directly with me, not a sales representative.
- A free initial written discussion will help establish whether I can help and where to start.
- If the project is outside my expertise, I will tell you directly.
